Love
Love is not about taking. Love is giving. How we can give something to the loved one without any expectations of getting something in return. When we give our loves to the loved one without any expectations of getting something in return, that's what I call as loving sincerely.
Loving someone sincerely is not easy, however loving someone sincerely is a must. Loving someone sincerely will avoid our heart getting hurt, in fact it will make us happier.
